This information is used to respond to your enquiry, decide whether Southern Guides is a suitable service, prepare and deliver your guide and map, communicate with you, take payment and keep necessary business records. Providing information is voluntary, but Southern Guides may not be able to answer your enquiry or prepare suitable recommendations without the details requested.

How it is handled

Southern Guides does not sell personal information. Information may be handled through trusted email, website hosting, cloud storage and payment providers used to supply the service, or disclosed where you agree or the law requires it. Reasonable safeguards are used, and information is kept only for as long as it is needed for a lawful purpose.

Website enquiries are transmitted to Southern Guides by FormSubmit, a specialist form-delivery provider, and arrive in the Southern Guides email inbox. FormSubmit may temporarily retain a submission for delivery, spam prevention or recovery. You can avoid this provider by emailing Southern Guides directly instead.

Optional website analytics

If you choose to accept analytics, Google Analytics is used to help Southern Guides understand which pages visitors find useful and which website actions are completed.
